Hello, when we have information about a portal, for example that it comes from Romania, how can I choose the right country to do the scan with a VPN please? (Proxies are too expansive...)

Let's say that it is not customary to use a VPN for scans... it can be done but it is no longer like years ago, now the servers detect if you use a VPN, and if you use a lot of bots they block your connection with an IP ban or a list black IP.

It would be like scanning with your original IP, after a while your IP on that server gets banned.(antiflood)

Proxies are much better, if they are residential and paid even better.
If a proxy is banned or doesn't work or doesn't work well for that server, there is another proxy that works immediately.

The problem today is to make the MACs found on a given server work; MACs are easily found through scans but it is increasingly difficult to find ones that work and are able to see their contents...

IPTV managers and consequently the software used to manage users, IP addresses, video streams etc... have focused more on preventing viewing by non-subscribers than on raw scanning on the server.

    Greetings.

Thank you for this excellent answer, are there really good quality free proxies, or do you really have to pay?

Surely with the paid ones you don't have problems with proxies not working or updating them, vice versa the free ones must be managed, you have to check if they really work, you will have to change them often, you will have to select the ones that work but give errors in the return...

You will have to work harder in selecting them.

    Byez.
