When I open the program, I get " Access Refused ". I select Ok, then a window pops up for Options and Requires a License or Request for License but option does not do anything.

yes there is trial for 24 hour after that you must have a licence

Nah, didn;t work. I got an "Access Refused" in a different language but I can make out that its saying "Access Refused". However, another dialog box opened with the option to switch languages. Upon doing so, nothing appears in the dialog box. The Menu options allow me to request a license or register. Neither I know how to do. So theres basically nothing. When I run it under administrative access I get a whole different error dialog which I have added below:

Upon clicking ok... nothing happens.. nothing loads up.
